Hello again. I enjoyed this crossword, no unknowns or obscurities (well, only a couple) and neat, concise  clueing.

Fairly straightforward today.

I hope none of our usual solvers find any difficulty here; in fact, I would encourage those who usually stick to the Quickie to give this one a go.    Even if you don’t finish, there are lots of easy clues to get started.

41:26, though I had to look up to confirm my final answer. Tomorrow is the last exam of my PhD program, so I feel grateful that this puzzle wasn’t too hard. My sense while solving was that some of the definitions were a bit loose or vague, but perhaps I simply didn’t appreciate the subtlety while solving.

Time taken: 17:19. There’s a few quicker times than me in, but also a few with errors, so I’m claiming this one to be Tricky Thursday

Concise cluing (particularly with a number of the literals) means the wordplay needs careful attention in today’s puzzle.

I was stuck for too long on some in the NE segment.

I thought this was a fine Monday offering, with a nice mix of clues and accessible vocab
