Changes to Poll procedure

Sorry about this friends, but I’m forced to impose restrictions on posting to the Polls. The forum software allows some minor improvements but I’ve needed some lateral thinking; fingers crossed, what I’ve done won’t be overly restrictive.

Each forum thread is set up to allow registered users to vote on polls BUT NOT TO POST. Sadly that means the DIY COW will have to stop for the time being.

To POST messages you must have at least Moderator privileges and that is done very easily; just ask for them here (or send me a message via LJ) and they will be given.

It’s a shame that the sad muppets responsible for spam postings have made this necessary.

  1. Darn it, just as I was coming up with a completely and utterly brilliant clue for SERPENTINE involving repent, sin, Eve (or possibly Eden) and a snake. Bah.

PS Where can I go now for info on cheap Vi*g*a and p*n*s enlargement?

  2. I was given to understand that you didn’t want people posting on there anyway.
(Or so you said when I tried to cheer the place up for you) 🙂
    1. Oh no, it wasn’t meant that way. I justed wanted to ensure that the polls forum and this blog didn’t end up replicating each other, which would be detrimental to both. Comments on poll results, or DIY COW submissions for example – no problem at all with those.
