A puzzle by City of routine difficulty I think, but one that left me with slightly mixed feelings.

This was a very gentle offering, difficulty-wise, and deliberately so I think.

Perhaps it was just a wavelength thing, but I found this easy for a Saturday. Still, it had delightful clues.
