I could find no foothold in this excellent puzzle; it was like solving 30 individual clues rather than a coherent whole.

For me, another of those 80 – 20 puzzles, most of it quickly done and few stragglers taking longer than the eighty per cent.

I got there in the end although some of it was tricky to unravel.
