Hello again. This Jumbo I thought was a steady solve, nothing too obscure or esoteric. Some neat clues and excellent surface readings. I liked it.

I found this Jumbo mostly quite straightforward but with one or two chewy bits.

A puzzle of around average difficulty (GK notwithstanding), lifted by some lovely anagrams.

Hi everyone. Coming up with the answers took me comfortably inside the hour but I had left myself an unusually large number of empty single squares signalling the need to go back and parse fully. It felt like there was a sense of fun and playfulness here, which I appreciated. Thanks setter!

I enjoyed this well-crafted Jumbo with its good mix of fairly straightforward clues and a few pearls.

This puzzle took me around 55 minutes.  I’m not sure why it took quite so long as there’s nothing too tricky

Hello all.  I took well over an hour on this and had to sleep on my last few.  Some flair on display, but a few surfaces and constructions didn’t feel quite up to the usual high standard.  Lots of double meanings means I would wager a few pennies in a game of “guess the setter.”  Regardless of the result, thanks to the setter and sorry for being a bit grumpy!

This was my fastest ever Jumbo.
