There was a bit of tricky vocab and GK in here, but much of the puzzle was eminently biffable

A backward solve for me, right to left, which I think I found slightly more difficult than the SNITCH currently suggests. Of course, it’s all fair (and understandable now it’s filled), but the setter certainly found several garden paths down which I was more than happy to wander.

Hello again. This crossword I thought was about average, so easier than some we’ve had recently, and a very pleasant outing.

I bunged in several answers with a shrug knowing they had to be correct but still having doubts about the clues.

I did not find this as easy as a typical Monday.   I did start quickly, but I was left at the end with a series of interconnected missing answers across the middle of my printout.

66:52. At 41 minutes I texted vinyl, “Three left.” At 64 minutes I texted him, “Two left.” I’m good at getting stuck at the end of puzzles.

Time taken: 14:53. I struggled with this one!
