This is a puzzle I think newcomers to the 15 x 15 cryptic could enjoy tackling.

Not too difficult by comparison with some recent offerings.

I did not find this particularly difficult, at least to solve.  The problem was getting the puzzle, since the Crossword Club is unable to provide it.   Fortunately, it eventually appeared in the online newspaper and I was able to print off a copy.   

72:28. This one was a toughie, though perhaps in some nooks of the grid more than others.

Time taken: 12:55, but at least I got everything correct, having fallen into two extremely obvious traps earlier in the week.

Quite an interesting one today, with a mix of classic clues along with some more more idiomatic answers.

I didn’t find this easy, but I was always going to get there if I stayed with it long enough.

Lots to enjoy in this little offering out there today.
