I’m calling this another puzzle of average difficulty, but with some clever tricks to keep things interesting

I had a flashback to high school physics at 1ac. Otherwise, I had no trouble “forcing” my way through this, except for 13ac which I hoped to figure out before it’s time to load this blog. Alas, it turned out to be my first complete fail as a blogger!

An entertaining puzzle which took me twenty minutes to fill in all the answers, but with a couple of clues I wasn’t 100% comfortable with when it came to parsing them fully.
