A rewarmed dish today which I think one current commenter will dimly remember.

If printing from Firefox, I recommend choosing Print Preview, setting the Scaling factor to 90%, and then using the Print… button – this should get you a single A4 sheet.

If anyone wants to write this up in our local style, give me a shout – otherwise I’ll put up a solution and notes myself, no earlier than Saturday. Please save any detailed comment about the puzzle until then.

  1. I enjoyed this puzzle Peter and managed about a quarter of it in the time it took Mark to finish.

    Looking forward to learning the answer to 17 – I’ve got all the checkers but can’t find anything sensible to fit!

    1. I should check my work more carefully – this was a clue I started rewriting but did not complete. I’ll fix it and let you know when a new version is up.

  2. 17’s clue is now correct – I’ve kept the old idea which uses something slightly flaky, in the absence of any better ideas.
