Solving time 18:28, plus about 5 minutes. I started looking at it last Saturday, but had only entered about half a dozen answers in the first 5 minutes when I had to leave it. I didn’t get another chance until Monday morning then. Pretty tough, without the wow factor of the previous week, although there were some great clues. Unfortunately I’m short of time this morning, so this will have to be brief.

I agree with anon on NOURISHED
I thought ‘unicellular’ was pretty good, but the cryptic really hands it to you. Same thing with ‘logarithm’ and ‘theorem’. A rather scientific/mathmatical puzzle, without a single obscure poet or composer.
