Mike Laws Memorial Mephisto 1894

This is the first Mike Laws Memorial Puzzle that appeared in the paper last Sunday 5th June. It originally appeared as puzzle number 1894.

  1. Thanks Jimbo – commendably quick. Apologies re 14A – the clue should have ended “the rig”, not “the ring”. Possibly worth noting that 5D FYLFOT is defined by reference to one appearing in the grid – the one with left-turning arms, not the Nazi one.
