  1. Not too too difficult, though I didn’t figure out the wordplay for MORAL VICTORY.
  2. I was a few answers short. I still don’t get Lucan=evangelic in 10, nor stick=ko in 24.

    Maybe I need the latest edition of Chambers?

    1. Lucan means “relating to Luke the gospel writer”

      “stick” has many meanings one of which is “bring to a standstill, nonplus” so it’s a bit of a stretch to KO. Old slang had “stick one on him” to mean “lamp” or “thump”
