This one wasn’t overly challenging, though I found in trying to check the wordplay for 32 across that it appears to be a recent entry into Chambers, which is only recently catching up on how we cannot sleep.
Another pun across the top row, it would be rather fun if somewhere there is a TV weather forecaster named STELLA R. SONTE to go along with the bottom row.
