Completely missed this one as it snuck into a Bank holiday paper without much flagging up. Only when my calendar looked wrong this Sunday did I realise what had happened and quickly looked it up on the crossword club, filled in online, and wrote up. According to the submission it took 1hr15, but the clock doesnt stop for breaks such as watching the tennis or painting the front door, so I suspect it was approximately half of that – 35-40 mins – and was therefore a fairly middling standard, perhaps without any individually difficult/obscure ones, no excellent clues, and nothing weak either.
