Well this was a proper Friday test from Breadman today.

Fortnightly Weekend Quick Cryptic. This time it is Phil’s turn to provide the extra weekend entertainment. You can find the crossword here. (It is easier than today’s). 

I found this around the same difficulty as yesterday… until I was left staring at the last clue for a couple of minutes and impatiently clicked on the answer.

Hello everyone. I moved very easily through this but then but made a mistake too embarrassing to detail. Still, I think it’s a puzzle which fits the Monday QC brief nicely. Thanks Trelawney.

Another portcullis grid today, and a traditionally tougher Setter in Teazel, so maybe some will struggle with that combination…

I found this a tough offering from Wurm.

Maybe just me, but I found this one hard and I was granted permission to enter the hallowed portals of the SCC by a full 14 seconds to complete it.

I missed my revised target by one minute.
