A very enjoyable puzzle, with a mixture of clue types and difficulties.

A few unusual words held me up here, especially the apt 3d.

Today we mark the 10th anniversary of the first Quick Cryptic puzzle published by The Times, on Monday 10th March 2014.

I found this one tougher than most and needed 13:53 to complete it.
