Nothing to scare the horses here I think, but how did you all do?

YAI! Yet Another Izetti, my third in a row. One or two tricky bits, as always with Izetti, but lots of classy clues. Thank-you Izetti! How did you all get on?

A bit on the trickier side today.

This didn’t take me any longer than usual, which I was surprised about as it seemed quite hard.

It’s seems a while since Tuesday has been graced by a quick QC but Mara has obliged.

Hi all. My second Joker to blog comes directly after my first. Is there a special name for a pair of Jokers? Two weeks ago many of you found the puzzle very tricky and I will be interested to hear how you fared this time around. In my case, today’s took 30 fewer seconds (or about 7% less time) and I was slower in the south than the north, ending up in the SE. Even as I stare down into the pit, my favourite is 6d. Thanks Joker!

I found this relatively easy, completing it comfortably inside 10 minutes…

A decent time for a tough puzzle, with the last several seconds dithering over whether I might have 21 across wrong. In any case, it’s a great word I hadn’t heard of and I intend to use it more often in everyday speech.

A rather thorny crossword today which took me 16 minutes.
