When I submitted this at just under the 20-minute mark I was so happy I could have kissed a Spanish football player.

Wow! This was easy. YMMV, but there will be PBs.

I must have biffed half of these clues, so working out the parsing now is going to take a bit of doing.

Not my favourite type of crossword this, where an essentially straightforward puzzle has one clue which is of a totally different character to all the others.

Just under 16 minutes for this, so not much to scare the horses.

Lots of deletion clues detract a bit from the overall effect, perhaps, but all in all fine Thunderer fare.

Nice to see a Classical clue to slow down the Bletchley Parkers. More of the same, please, setter!
