I didn’t find this difficult but there were a few tricky words or meanings and wordplay that needed extra care.

There’s quite a lot here by way of tricky answers and wordplay, some of which I have not met before.

I can see  little here to account for my excessive solving time. But how did you do?

Overall  I found this a very enjoyable experience.
