This puzzle was out of this world! Seriously, I really enjoyed it, and pun intended.
Sunday Times Cryptic No 5047 by Robert Price — curious incidents
This was all solved at a steady and unhurried pace. No mysteries remaining, but I wouldn’t exactly call the ratiocination required “elementary,” my dear reader.

Didn’t have to bend over backwards, exactly, to work this, but it did put me through my paces.

A sparkling seasonal offering. Happy New Year!

This puzzle took me a while. I had to put it aside and return to it repeatedly. It’s probably, objectively, none too easy, but I also had a lot on my mind. Great fun to go back over these finely crafted clues.

Keep your eyes on the road, your hands upon the wheel!
Sunday Times Cryptic No 5033 by David McLean — the Moor and the merrier
This was very engrossing and took me an enjoyably long while. Or two.
