Our third puzzle from Dangle, and a chewy enough challenge.

Today we have only the second QC set by Juji, and after a challenging début, the setter appears to have quickly grasped the requirements of a QC.

I found this a stiff test, and following my solve I would like to coin a new acronym: BTP, or “Biff Then Parse”.
