    1. Thanks. I believe the issue is that the shared hosting service we use has a rogue site that hogs resources sometimes. Our site is really quite fast right now (at 8:45 pm) but can go slow during the day even when we don’t have many concurrent users. I will continue to monitor things and if performance is still problematical will escalate further before, if necessary, moving to the more expensive dedicated server option.
